My name is Valentina. I was born in Turku, and I am currently in the middle of creating my own little nest just outside of town. I'm a creative, adventurous soul, and I draw inspiration from anywhere and everywhere I go.

My background as a graphic designer and an Art Director has allowed me to develop a deep appreciation and instinct for beautiful, memorable imagery. My interest in photography originally developed as a side-effect of my love for longboarding adventures - wherever I rolled, my camera was with me. Now, years later, I get to call myself a professional photographer.

​

I love documenting life's special moments. For me, photography is like storytelling. I have sat next to nervous brides, capturing that precious, electric anticipation before the ceremony. I have been there to immortalize dancing, kissing, and laughter - the moments pass, but the memories are forever. Whether it's indoors or out in the wild, whether it's the smallest detail or the grandest landscape, me and my camera are ready.

...And you can bet I have climbed on top of all sorts of precarious ledges and crouched in ridiculous places to get the angle just right. 

 

My work includes wedding photography, portraits, editorials, and lifestyle photoshoots - whatever you want to capture, we can dream it up together.

Nimeni on Valentina. Turku on kotikaupunkini, ja olen tällä hetkellä luomassa omaa pientä kotiani keskustan ulkopuolella. Olen luova ja seikkailunhaluinen sielu, ja kerään inspiraatiota kaikkialta.

Taustani Art Directorina (AD) on auttanut minua kehittämään visuaalista silmääni. Kiinnostukseni valokuvaukseen kehittyi alun perin longboard-harrastukseni myötä - kamera kulki mukanani minne ikinä rullasinkin. Niinhän siinä kävi että vuosia myöhemmin...
